I was very pleased with everything about Hyatt Place Durham Southpoint. I was a bit skeptical after booking online and the affordability of the room. It was very competitively priced. The front check-in staff were very friendly and informative. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, AC was nice and cold. The breakfast was good as well. It’s in a great location with plenty of places to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay in the area.

I recently stayed here, and I must say it was the best choice I could have made! It was my first time in North Carolina, and the level of service was unmatched. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The front desk team and housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing—I truly loved them all. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I absolutely loved it and can honestly say it was the best!

This hotel is an absolute GEM nestled in the heart of Raleigh-Durham's Research Triangle. Conveniently located between UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University, it is steps from both an Aldi (for groceries) and restaurant, and a short and pleasant pathed walk to Target (with a CVS), and other services including a Massage Envy.
