I spent one night at this Hyatt Place. In short, I can say that the room was clean and my stay was a pleasant one. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I wasn't hungry in the morning. There are shops, restaurants, and a cinema nearby, all of which I could reach by foot since I didn't have a rental car. The pool located between the hotel and the trees looked somehow idyllic, but I was not inside, because I would never do so in North America due to hygienic reasons, but as I could see, other guests did so.

While needing a one night stay at a pet friendly hotel, my wife found this location. Upon checking in we signed a pet waiver and proceeded to our room. Two days later I noticed a charge of $113.50 for our pet. I have never encountered such a ridiculously high charge for a non shedding pet. This is NOT a pet friendly establishment if they charge that much. We will never be back.
