The hotel staff was very kind, one of the best qualities of the hotel. It seemed they were understaffed as we would wait a lot at the desk. There was a lot of loud music and screaming next door which we brought attention to the front desk. They took care of it but it was reoccurring. Additionally, the breakfast food was not good. My family were not able to sleep at all until 5am because of loud music playing in the room next door. I called the front desk three times and even went down to the front desk in person to request to handle the issue. But nothing changed. Doesn’t the Hyatt have the so called quiet time/hours policy?
