Shame on shady Hyatt. We booked this hotel through Expedia and called two different times to talk to someone about our reservation. Not once during this entire time did anyone tell us the entire hotel is under renovation. We met a couple on the elevator and they said they got a text the morning of, we didn't even get that! Granted we stayed in one of the new suites and the room itself was very beautiful.
