Hotel wouldn’t answer phone when I called for a shuttle. Had to take a $60 taxi. Staff were awful. Then they overcharged my credit card by $400.
Best value near the airport. Was not anticipating a parking charge, but security was monitoring the lot. Rooms were clean and quiet and enjoyed the breakfast.
False advertising. It’s 30 minutes from airport
Great stay. Room was clean and well-appointed. Pool area large. Lobby/Breakfast area clean and airy. Lots of restaurants in immediate walking distance. Would stay again.
Very mixed experience, but hopefully these are all items that can be corrected so that other guests have only a positive experience. Advance communication was exceptionally difficult. Emailed multiple times with no response. Had to ask Hyatt's social media team to nudge the local staff to respond to my emails. And then on arrival at the airport, received very confusing information about the shuttle service and I was left waiting an extra half hour for a ride when I just wanted to get to bed.
