WARNING: Severe Elevator Noise!! Before booking, call the hotel and ask if they’ve fixed the elevator noise problem. This is not a minor issue. The elevator produces extremely loud noise throughout the night (see videos). Despite multiple complaints in reviews, the hotel hasn’t addressed it. During our stay, we experienced this firsthand. I read other reviews saying the shuttle is problematic. That was our experience as well. We waited for 40 minutes. From the time we waited there it was obvious other airport hotels have much more frequent shuttle service.

Stranded at Denver Airport after 10 changes to my flight… I had enough and checked into Hyatt Place greeted by Jeff, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I hope they appreciate him at this facility. A horrendous day ended up being a good evening. Thanks to Jeff !!!
