I prepaid on May 7th through Priceline for two nights ($227.60). On May 15th the Hyatt puts an additional ahold on my card($290.78). Both charges went through as posted transactions, even though it was supposed to be a hold. It’s 2026 and companies still can’t communicate between systems. The AC didn’t work. Trash service. Breakfast is very limited. Eggs and pancakes only pretty much. Location is convenient but price-wise and breakfast doesn't match, IMHO.
The staff is awesome very helpful. The rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and homey
Charged me $37 to park my car for 3 days and I am a "guest" What a low rent way to get a buck. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
Elevators noise is bad. You wont be able to sleep. Rooms are kind of smelly, just try to avoid it.
