First thing first check-in time was at 4 PM. Moving along to 6:45 PM still no check-in because housekeeping didn’t have any rooms that were clean at the time.. After checking in, we literally waited for 10 minutes just to catch the elevator. They have two working elevators that are extremely slow and extremely hot!!!upon arriving to the room. The view is nice because we booked the oceanfront view. No microwave in the room. No chairs for the balcony area. After leaving the beach, headed back to our room we wait 10 more minute... read more

The 4th floor housekeeping staff that worked from Saturday to Sunday, were horrendous. They were unprofessional and did not want to service a room saying we put the do not disturb sign on. Which we did not, we put it the day we arrived and took it off the next morning. I went to the front desk about 3 times and 1 time my mom went, so 4 times in total. And they never serviced the room. They just brought up towels. Didnt take the old towels and didnt take out the trash. The room itself smelled horrible and the tub was clogged.... read more

My family and I have been coming to Florida for years, and we’ve stayed at many different hotels along the beach. We decided to give this Hyatt a try, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. We stayed in a balcony room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. One of the first things we noticed was that the balcony didn’t even have chairs, which completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for a balcony room. Second time i spent in this hotel....stayed here in 2015 and loved it! So we decided to stay again 11:years later....You can tell the hotel is a little older ....they had chairs on the balcony in 2015 but none on this trip but the Desk clerk offered a picnic chair we could put on the balcony which worked well since I was the only one who would sit out there! Breakfast was still good (, didn't like the scrambled eggs but bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, juices and coffee was good. The beds were not as soft as they were in 2015 ... read more
