This place does not up hold the Hyatt name. I was so disappointed in the room me and my daughters were in. The room had rust every where, the bathroom had an old outdated towel rack in the shower it was bent up and rusted. It literally needed to be replaced. The lamp shade was brown when it was supposed to be white. The room had an old wet smell and the AC didn’t work. The AC on the 3rd floor wasn’t working in the hall as well. This place was horrible the rooms smelled terrible, shower barely worked, ice machines didn't work. There was no air at all in hallway place smelled musty. We were told we couldn't park our trailer there even though it was bike week and we didnt see anything that stated we couldnt. There were a couple trailers parked in the back parking lot that stayed there but we had to take ours somewhere else and pay $50 per day. Also, customer service was a 2/10. Overall terrible experience!

I got charged twice once on booking and when I got to the property and they couldn’t refund me my money because the manager didn’t work on the weekend!

We are a family of 3 that have been down here almost every year for the past 4-5 years and this year we found 3 cockroaches inside of the hotel room. This is the first time out of the 5 that we have seen them. Other than this service is impecible and the location of the ocean front is amazing.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience Before Even Arriving I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has stayed with me, and I feel it's important to share.
