There is no way this is a Hyatt!!! This place is deplorable! Room smells old and musty. AC unit sounds like a helicopter. No chairs on the balcony to enjoy the oceanfront view. Bathroom in the dining area had a smell of urine! No microwave in the room but there is a mini fridge!! STAY AWAY!!!
8/29 It is impossible to get through to frontdesk - Nobody picks up the phone! If you have a reservation and you need to clarify the details of the early arrival, then you will not be able to do it!
