The hotel has a nice view, and the breakfast is okay, but there’s no variety — it’s the same every day. The gate that gives access to the beach is closed, so we had to walk through the parking lot next door. The cleaning service is terrible, and the ice machines either don’t work or make so much noise that it’s hard to sleep.

I want to give absolutely 5 stars for Andrew at the front desk, he was so helpful, polite and made my birthday 🎂 weekend great. And deonne the housekeeper who was great 👍, thank you to the amazing staff I met ❤️, definitely they need raises for making my birthday weekend so special. Highly recommended.

our stay at this hotel wasn’t anything special. our biggest complaint is the rooms, which feel really humid and the air feels moist. if you leave something out for a bit it will feel wet after. the hallways were also really hot and the elevator smelled kind of weird. the room service is also kind of questionable, it doesn’t always feel like it’s quality. the front desk is decent but not great. we did enjoy the breakfasts though. many options and it tasted good! the pool is also nice, location on the beach is as well, althoug... read more

I stayed at this place on Saturday, July 26 and I had a horrible experience. I had booked a room through Priceline (king size bed with ocean front) I got there at 8:20 pm that night and they told me that my room was not available and that they were sorry and that they could give me a two double with a partial ocean view) but I had to wait about 40 mins because that room was not ready.
