I appreciate this hotel and all of its amenities, but the people are always what makes any experience THE BEST! Ms. Deon was working when I checked in and she was friendly, professional, and exemplified the HIGHEST level of customer service that I've seen at a hotel in a long time. Thank you Ms. Deon!
