**Very disappointing experience** I booked a **Double Queen Room** at Hyatt Place Plano, but when I arrived, I was told they were going to give me a **King Room instead, for the same price**. I went to the front desk because I had specifically booked and paid for a Double Queen Room and expected the hotel to honor the room type I reserved. roaches everywhere.... only stayed 1 of 3 nights and hotel has yet to refund me

I booked the room due to the location, size of the room and my initial impression was great. This is till we found cockroaches in our room the first night, we ended up checking out and I was promised a credit by Ms. Shirley and her manager and I'm still fighting to get it. (Been over a week since I stayed) I've called over a dozen times, Ms. Shirley was very empathetic and acknowledged that she wouldn't want to stay in a room with roaches too especially with a kid. I need help making this right for the customer pls.
