If not for a single bright spot, this would have been a one-star review. Danielle exemplified the level of service your team should aspire to. She checked me in with politeness and attentiveness, making a positive first impression. Unfortunately, that was short-lived. The next morning she was not there. The person at the desk made me wonder if they was even part of the team , as she seemed absent and disengaged. Excellent Hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff were very respectful. Will definitely stay here again.
