Breakfast was good with a nice variety to start the day. The rooms are decent overall, though the carpet is worn out in a few spots and could use some updating. The elevators are quite slow, which can be inconvenient during busy times. On the plus side, the location offers easy access to the highway, making it convenient for travel. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
Came to Columbus with my daughter's softball team for the 14U World Series. Our team offered us the Hyatt Place - Worthington and the Hampton Inn -Airport. I originally chose the Hyatt place. When we arrived, we realized that the entire rest of the team was at the other hotel. So we stayed a night at hyatt and canceled the rest of our stay to go to the Hampton with the team. The Hampton is a complete dump and I called the Hyatt back and they were able to accommodate our entire team. We are thrilled. Great rooms, pool, staff.... read more
The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
