Nice hotel only complaint I had is that I was woke up by 2 service maintenance guys that had the wrong room other than that. No real complaints. Also, there is a cinema nearby and plenty of options for food located right off the interstate!
We stay at this Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington location often. Never disappoints.My only complaint...no microwave in the room.The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Overall, the experience is usually pleasant.
Wonderful staff, good pool, good breakfast! Room was not as clean as I would have liked, stain on the pull out couch sheet and hair on the bathroom floor. Overall good stay just wish it was a little cleaner in room.
