I just stayed two nights, and yes, the reviews of the walls being paper thin are true. Be prepared to leave the fan on high all night to drown out loud neighbors.
The room was as expected. However, staffing was an issue. We asked 3 separate times for towels at the pool before someone finally brought them down. They often only had one staff member running the front desk and the bar.
I want to start off by saying the employees at this hotel are super nice (Shelby) and accommodating, but the hotel was not built for quiet nights. The walls are paper thin. You literally hear everything. Rooms ran cold. We had the heat set 78, and it felt like 60 im guessing it's because the windows are cheap (thin) . The vents rattled. The shower had great pressure, loved that. We booked 3 nights two rooms, and it was pretty much sleepless. I mean, should I really hear everyone flush their toilet?!
