I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Hyatt Place Columbus-North was extremely disappointing. I was charged a pet fee for my trained service dog, even after informing the front desk that he is a service animal. To make matters worse, when I called to resolve the issue, the front desk agent Abby was dismissive, sounded frustrated that I was asking for help, and hung up on us in the middle of the conversation. Rooms were very nice and roomy. Clean and quiet. Restaurants very close.
