Found a huge roach in the shower. Hot water was non existent. Didn't have any extra pillows. The complementary breakfast was awful.
Great place to stay. The room was very clean and spacious, the pool was nice and clean, and the staff was very accommodating.
We had Four rooms / four different families reserved for my sons military graduation. The initial concern was my room which was very smelly (like humid old water smell) peeling Sheetrock from ceiling and paint chipping, restroom shower and bathroom area had to be cleaned again, there was hair on the floor and on sink. The 2nd main safety concern was when on our second night a man/guest entered my daughter-in-law‘s room. She was taking a shower and walked out to a stranger coming in her door.
