Room was not available, room received was not clean still has used soap in the shower and needed serious dusting. However they did offer points for another stay.
14 Jul 2025 - Lifetime shocking experience. On Agoda, I have valid prepaid booking that is confirmed. We arrived at hotel at 3pm from Singapore (after 20++ hours flight) and was told that the booking is not found, hotel is fully booked out. We also queried booking.com on the spot and there was still available rooms. However after emphasising with our situation, they still rejected our booking and mentioned that this is Agoda’s issue. Hotel was unable to offer alternative rooms as it was fully booked out. This has never happe... read more
