Such a disappointment. The woman manager was totally untrained in how to check me in on a confirmed stay and gave up. She then said she said she didn’t have any rooms. Which was a lie since she was talking on the phone to her manager saying she couldn’t remember the password get in. She said it was my problem and that she could have her driver take me back to the airport. It only takes one experience for me to never spend my business money with Hyatt. Poor showing. Excellent location for visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is so so.

Our room is clean and conveniently located near the main restrooms on the first floor. The breakfast was not the best but who can complain when it's free? The eggs were in a bag so were the potatoes. The sausage was as hard as a coaster, but again it's hard to complain when it's free. I'm sure you're wondering if we ate it, and the answer is no. No we did not. I give this place 0 stars if I could shoot I give it negative 5 stars so now they owe me stars or needs to take a star away from 5 other reviews because this place was terrible and then tried to charge for parking in they own parking lot!!! What??!! So I just park my car behind Meijers across the street and then they still tried to charge but I got my money back after much drama. The breakfast was not good. There was a dead roach in bathroom sink. There was hairs in the bed sheets.
