Get directionsI cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here. My dog and I made it to the hotel after driving straight from New York. We were exhausted and a little delirious and didn’t have a reservation. Even though they were booked, Julian was able to find us a room, he even brought a bowl of water for my dog while we waited. Brandon found us a room for the second night that unexpectedly decided to stay. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, they went above and beyond for us when they didn’t have to. Rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Service was kinda and helpful. You do have to pay for breakfast, and pay for parking so location wise isn't great.
I’ll start with the positive, it’s a great location. Not far from popular attractions with bus routes nearby to get to everything. However, my view was AWFUL. Due to a travel delay, we were under the wire to get to a pharmacy before it closed, and the guest service rep. allowed us to "leave our bags" and check in upon our return so we... read more
Rooms were spacious. In a great location, close to the Amtrak Union Station. My con with the rooms is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear people’s conversation and the water running. The air in the room also seems to be dry since I woke up each day with red eyes. Pool is small, and at the time of checking out the pool, there was a summer swimming school using the pool. We didn’t use the pool because of this.
