The main reason for my 3-star rating is due to the amenities—specifically, the pool. The pool hours were quite limited, which made it difficult to enjoy either early in the morning or later in the evening. When I did manage to go, the pool was being used by a private swim school—a baby-and-parent class was in session, complete with crying and sing-alongs. Pay whatever you need to stay anywhere BUT here if you want a great stay. By far the worst hotel experience and I travel a lot. If you’re looking for place to lay your head, that’s all this hotel is good for. The service is horrible and the employees lack of concern was shocking. We booked the downtown area specifically for a view but the room window is facing a brick wall and when you open the window you’re above an alley full of trash and when I asked for a different room, I was told all rooms were facing the alley.
