Had a great stay here! Julian and Marisa at the front desk were absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out! My one bed king room was fantastic! Great location close to subway stop and bus stop. Thank you, Hyatt Place Chicago Downtown!!
Great place to stay in the city
The STAFF are what makes this great hotel, exceptional. Every encounter with a team member made me feel like a valued guest. A particularly loud shout out to Julian Jung who, even after my stay was over, helped me with a delayed package and told me that he was happy to do it. He went far above and way beyond what was expected but it's what makes this hotel a must-stay. Thank you for a terrific visit!
