Really great accommodations, clean, convenient, spacious rooms and great staff. The restaurant onsite is really good and it’s nice to not have to leave after a long day traveling to town.

Great room & bathroom. DirecTv. Lobby on Floor 10; as well as Starbucks. Restaurant Fahrenheit on top floor of hotel. Great location. City Centre W/I walking distance. Many restaurants & bowling.
Nice modern room. Room rate was very reasonable. Decent view of downtown too.
Great Stay!!! No need to pay valet, parking is close.
Waited almost an hour for tiniest pizza ever in regular pizza box.. And room service does not deliver - you go to lobby to pick it up.
Nice hotel. Must valet car, but affordable. Very, very loud AC. Spacious rooms. Sliding cloudy glass door for bathroom offers little privacy. No vending machines, only pricey snack bar in lobby.
Love this hotel! Customer service is phenomenal. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Amazing new hotel! The view is perfect and hard to beat. Rooms are large with very comfy Hyatt beds. They will have Charlotte's first indoor/outdoor rooftop bar in 2014!! I will be back! ;-)
