The location was great, and it was definitely convenient having a rooftop bar right at the hotel. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end for me, which is why I’m giving this stay 2 stars. The staff experience was very disappointing. The man working the night shift was extremely rude to us when we returned to the hotel, which immediately left a bad impression. They do not have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I made a reservation and was told that they were not sure when one will come available. Rather unprofessional.
Nice spacious room. But who decided it would be a good idea and not put a microwave in the room ruined it for me. This is VERY inconvenient. I travel for work and bring quick meals to heat up in the microwave. Now I can't get completely comfortable after getting on in the mornings because I have to go up to my room and grab my food, come back downstairs to hear it up, and then go back up
