Stayed here as we headed home & wanted to stop by the Illusions Museum. The parking is difficult, valet only for an additional $42, the service is extremely slow, customer service is terrible. Waited over 30 min to get our car. Their ticket QR codes don’t work. The lobby personnel are not friendly but super short and snappy.
