Clean and nice size rooms. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable about surrounding areas.
For the 5th year in a row and our 10th plus stay here at this location in Downtown Charlotte, it is always such a great stay. Great location, wonderful customer service, I highly suggest getting with Rosemary for your stay as she was able to go above & beyond in explaining the stay and accommodating the stay at a great rate along with the help of setting up some available meeting space at the location. If you're visiting the Downtown area this is my 1st choice!
My first time going and I celebrate my birthday her me and my wife and we had amazing time together
