This location was extremely convenient to get to the airport. Also the young lady downstairs that’s in charge of getting breakfast set up is a gem. She made me feel welcomed.
Decent stay. Rooms were clean but a bit on the dated/beat up side. Looks they are going to remodel soon. Front desk folks were very kind and helpful.
Booked a king sized bed but the hotel was overbooked so ended up with two queens. Not the bed of the world, but when we got to the room it was actually two fulls. The trip away my husband and I booked for the night without our kids had us sleeping in separate beds. Not impressed.

My family and I had an absolutely great experience at the Hyatt Place Boston/Medford. First, the staff went above and beyond at every step. Philipe at the front desk helped my parents check in when I was stuck in Chicago for flight delays, Raymond at the front desk always had a kind word and advice on attractions/directions/best ways to get places (even giving us handwritten notes on his favorite places), and Ramona at breakfast was beyond fantastic with serving every need from cutlery to cleaning to ensuring we had water av... read more
