The room is very clean. All the staff are very nice especially Ramona, the kitchen staff. She is nice. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much!!! We will book again next time!
Wonderful hotel, king rooms are more like suites with living room, desk, couch, very clean and spacious. Great breakfast in the morning. I need to say Romona who works tirelessly at breakfast to set up, make your table up and always there with a beautiful smile and aura is the cherry on top. If management is reading please give her a raise because she is the biggest reason we keep booking with Hyatt Medford. 5 stars!
