Pretty clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet, although there was s a lot of street noise — the price you pay for a convenient location. Breakfast is included and is also pretty good. Parking is on-site, unlimited exit and entry for $25 per night. Exercise facility needs a serious upgrade. Staff is friendly and pleasant.
Clean rooms but i can hear the loud cars outside from the 14th floor. Bed comfort level 3 out of 5. Air conditioning works well but it comes with motion sensor. It works only when you are inside the room. Its 3 stars hotel so keep your expectations at mid level. Surrounding area looks nice and there is a walkable small downtown area.

Walked in and was immediately welcomed by Isaac and Nas. They got me a nice room, and where very pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Hyatt — great employees, a great hotel, and a great experience!
