Parking and check in is awful!! Check in is chaos with room for only about 3 cars and that's not counting Starbucks traffic that uses same spaces. As for parking it's around the corner and across the street in a parking garage that is above the bus/Amtrak station. Major inconvenience during winter or rainy conditions. PSA: it could also be a concerning walk for more vulnerable individuals. Room was decent and overall good customer service but dealing with parking and the luggage in and out ruined the experience.

I would absolutely recommend this Hyatt. Best motel experience our entire 7 week vacation. Simone at the front desk was top notch, so professional really appreciated her kindness rest of staff was great..room was huge,with large windows bathroom was very large, clean and comfortable beds! Breakfast was very good way beyond those other motels buffet breakfast. Parking is complimentary which was nice. I will definitely stay here again and other hyatts.thank you for the great experience

This is easily one of my worst hotel experiences. Even through whenever I got to talk with the front desk, they are friendly, I would like to point out something below. Bill: the receipt incorrectly included an extra charge that I had to call multiple times to address, especially after someone already mentioned they would call me back. House keeping: no house keeping service was performed during the first 2 days, and I requested house keeping on the 3rd day, it was confirmed they would come, however they never did.
