The hotel itself was great but a few things made it a four star. Its right next to a venue that had extremely loud live band until about 10:30 pm on a Friday night. We were on the east side so maybe the west side couldnt hear it. The elliptical was broken in the gym. There was a tiny bit of mold in the grout of the shower wall, a bit of bleach would get rid of that. The breakfast was decent and the employees were really nice. I stayed at the Hyatt Place Austin/Cedar Park for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I checked in until I left. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cedar Park area.
