Hard to find. The room smells like cigarettes. There's no internet. And it's $300-plus per night. I'm not impressed.
Room was nice. The location was hard to find. No coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was at 6:30. When I went down there all they had was eggs, turkey bacon, unseasoned potatoes and bread. No bagels, yougart, boiled eggs,muffins or muffins. The apple juice and orange juice were in large containers with ice. So basically they were all watered down. The coffee was in thermos's and didn't stay hot long. Very disappointed.
We stay here for the Stone Mountain Highland Games. The hotel is a reasonable distance from the Games. Service is excellent from all the staff. We had a mishap with an ironing board missing from our room and then the replacement was broken. The housekeeping staff was prompt and replaced it with no questions. The breakfast is good.
Omg, How do I start. Checked in was told when I booked my room on Priceline the pool would be open. Yeah NO, it wasn’t! Filled with trash and debris The room was a suite, but walked in to a room at 89 degrees and when I touched the thermostat on the AC, the face of the air conditioner literally fell off on the floor, the bar fridge was frozen solid and didn’t work. Then I went to take a shower and the Vanity light didn’t work and one of the 2 sockets was blown and I got shocked when I plugged my hair dryer in! I wish I was l... read more
Front Desk was very friendly upon our arrival. Room was clean, and offered everything we needed.
