Adding to this review per business request. The room was clean and in order, if a little tired. Unfortunately they were doing AC maintenance, which was posted in the elevator, however upon returning to my room I discovered that the maintenance person left my door ajar and with the AC unit disassembled. Additionally, the breakfast had very limited options. Paid parking of $12/night at this location.
Our experience at the Hyatt Place hotel today on April 4, 2025 was horrible. Our room was dirty with chicken bones underneath the mattress, and the mattress was extremely dirty. We contacted the front desk in which she was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. She cut me off during the conversation when I was trying to explain to her the situation. I stayed there 2 times. Parking was free as it should for the hotel with this location and type. Some greedy owner, decided to start charging 12 for parking. Plus 1 for that parking service. It's a fee on fee aka "wtf you gonna do fee". Guess what... I'm just staying at another place
We have 6 adults w 2 toddlers (room 310 and room 308) for 2 nights and room 308’s AC was not working and been really hot like 85F. Spoke to front desk about it but they never provided a solution. Parking should be free (we paid $50 for 2 cars for 2 nights)
Checked in at 9:45 pm on 3/20/25 and noticed a barcode in the parking lot and at the counter that says you have to pay each night for parking. $12 bucks a night is what the clerk told me (which turns into 13 when you go to pay because of the "service charge"). I booked and prepaid through hotels.com, and this was NOT disclosed. I went back and looked at the fee section to see what was listed and it only says $50 hold for incidentals.
