This place is not good at all. Pictures are deceiving. The room was not fully cleaned. The last thing I need to do is me cleaning my room when you checked into a hotel, you shouldn't have yo do that. I was on the 5th floor and the hallways smelled like sewer back up. The breakfest was horrible. The hot food was cold. I told the front desk about it and showed them before and after picture of certain areas in the room that I ended up cleaning myself, and the front desk responded if I wanted a snack for the road when I was chec... read more
They charge you a hidden parking fee without acknowledging it in the booking. When we called to talk to the employee MANUEL had very poor customer service and had us search for the charge then hung up on us before we could even finish the conversation. Overall was an okay stay but just be aware of hidden charges they make after your stay with them.
I had a comfortable overnight at Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport – perfect for a quick trip in and out of ABQ. The check-in staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious and clean, with all the usual Hyatt Place perks like a cozy sofa and good Wi-Fi. My only concern was that the side entrances seemed unlocked at night, which felt a bit unsafe.
