Chris is awesome he makes some good food but the other person mike is not a good worker at all he is always on his phone not on point at all thank you chris for all your great service definitely
Very convenient hotel for the Palace and old Albany.
Great hotel — new facilities and decent gym, buffet is good but could be improved — get better turkey sausages. But staff is awesome
What a phenomenal property located right in downtown Albany. It adjoins artsy Quackenbush Square. I had the pleasure of staying there for 12 days and did not want to leave. The rooms are commercial, the shower is perfect, and noise level is not low, it is non-existent. The hotel is always spotless as if it had been built the day before.
