When are you going to fix the damage to the hotel entrance where an oversized truck hit it.... this is not a great first impression. Been like that from day one... Also you need to retire the valet service they were awesome
Ed from the front desk on the weekends is great! The staff overall was really nice and the location was a 10 minute walk to MVP arena which is why we were there. Breakfast was good too. The pillows were a nightmare and made sleeping rough, but that's the only complaint.

Terrible parking
I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Albany, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive.
