Stayed at the Hyatt Place in downtown Albany for 5 days / 4 nights. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The daily buffet breakfast provided great value for our family and a very solid start to each morning. The location is conveniently located by the Albany Skywalk and a couple of restaurants right next door.
No laundry bags, no tea kettle , no toiletries like cotton pads, shower caps or earbuds in the room, so remember to carry your own. Breakfast is sumptuous, service is instantaneous. To the Hotel. If a note in the rooms could've specified that these amenities can be procured from the front desk on request, would've made the trip smoother. Thank you for the reply. For the next time we are in Albany !
The bartender was friendly, the staff was attentive and great..the room was clean and amazing. I have seen some bad reviews and was not sure but I was pleasantly surprised.. clean rooms and clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this place.
