WARNING: some of my things got stolen while i was gone from the room. Not safe. i reported to management and they did not do anything.
slow service. My package was stolen here ..missing etc. The manager doesn't seem to care at all. The delivery people sometimes leave em at ground level wherenpeople can run off with them so i suspsect that is what happened. Overall not the best hotel. not happy with my stay
20 minute walk from Albany Capital Centre.
Clean and spacious room, nice breakfast, great customer service. Water in lobby. This is our go to place whenever we visit Albany for RPI events.
