I had an appt. for 10 AM. I signed in 10 min. early and there were about 4 other people waiting. I waited and waited and other people came in. When they called back a lady and said she had an appt. I asked the lady who came with her what time her appt. was and she said 10:20. I never saw anyone at the front desk to ask why I was still waiting. I signed in again. 1yr ago, I would have given a rating of 1 or 2 stars, due to the wait. Today, it is a 5 star for sitting only 2 minutes before they called my name, took me back, took my blood sample and I walked out. Easy, now on ground floor, so easier to walk to and from car. They have added a person and I made appointment on website. I hope this is helpful. Thank you, sincerely!

Had an 830 appointment scheduled. Arrived at 8:00, hoping to go back a little early. Sat until 845, when I eventually had to leave for another appointment. Will not return to this location.

Scheduled appointment for 1030 and still had a 20 minute wait. I was the only person there… very rude ladies drew my blood. Would never go to this location again.
