1yr ago, I would have given a rating of 1 or 2 stars, due to the wait. Today, it is a 5 star for sitting only 2 minutes before they called my name, took me back, took my blood sample and I walked out. Easy, now on ground floor, so easier to walk to and from car. They have added a person and I made appointment on website. I hope this is helpful. Thank you, sincerely!
Had an 830 appointment scheduled. Arrived at 8:00, hoping to go back a little early. Sat until 845, when I eventually had to leave for another appointment. Will not return to this location.
These people don't know how to answer a phone.
Scheduled appointment for 1030 and still had a 20 minute wait. I was the only person there… very rude ladies drew my blood. Would never go to this location again.
Every time I go to this location the waiting area is full, people are standing around, and people are sitting outside the door waiting to their turn. It is utterly ridiculous how slow the staff is at this location. WTH doesn't Compunet put on more staff, especially early in the morning to expedite people in/out? Piss poor operation.
