The rooms are clean and well kept some of the staff can be less helpful than you would think But I had a enjoyable time the bar is a plus
Rooms are really nice, great size! Employees are very friendly but perhaps a bit overloaded to ensure a fast service (not their fault, but need to manage multiple roles in parralel, like the lobby AND the bar, which mean the waiting time can be long) Convenient place for business trip, not that much for tourism
I retracted my previous 1star rating. After an incident of not letting us know that our reserved room was not available few months ago. We still went a couple of weekends after with no issue. This weekend we decided to come back again, in the morning we received a call that our room was not available. Atleast now the front desk in charge called ahead of time (morning) and gave us an options and did not wait till we’re actually in the hotel.
