I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt House Vacaville, and a big reason for that was Apple at the front desk. She was incredibly nice, accommodating, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Apple has such a personable and pleasant attitude that really stands out and makes a difference. She was helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Great customer service like hers is rare, and it made my stay even better. Thank you, Apple, for your kindness and hospitality!

Well furnished and standard Hyatt rooms (super comfortable beds, extremely clean, etc). Great to have the mobile key enabled and online check in that lets you arrive and go directly to your room - handy after a late finish to a triathlon. Not much around the hotel but looks like a drive thru coffee spot is coming soon.
My stay at Hyatt House was excellent and I feel the value was just right for the cost. The pool area was nice and included a storage of fresh towels and a shower to use before leaving the area. The kitchen in my room included mostly everything you would need; there was a small bottle of dish detergent but no sponge to hand wash the dishes. The H Market had some necessities you may want at a not-terrible cost and this saved me as I did not pack shaving cream.
