Newer property (much newer than the Hyatt Place Woodlands), but not convenient to the Woodlands itself if that’s what you’re looking for. Nice rooms (ours had a small kitchen), downstairs breakfast was par for the course at most Hyatt Houses and Hyatt Places (as in it was disappointing). Some road and train noise. Good service overall. Certainly met our needs, just wish it was more convenient
Stayed here for the second time. First time was good but the room smelled really strong when we came in. It was a cleaning material to make the room smell better. It was too strong and it took days to get lesser. The shower head was really old. Breakfast the first day was good. Lot of things to choose from but on Sunday they were out of a lot of things. Always great!
I will start by saying the customer service here was superb! My check-in was quick and pleasant. My only downside for this property is that only one elevator was working and it was quite busy. Also, the bathroom in the standard room is quite small.
