For the past year I have stayed at a Hyatt House twice per month at different areas in the nation. It has been a very pleasant experience until last night. I showed up to my location at 10pm ready for bed to be told they overbooked that day and had cancelled my reservation without informing me because I booked theough a 3rd party. No email, no phone call. The staff did offer to call around to help find another location. After figuring out other arrangements I finally got to a hotel at 11:30. Great anchor hotel if ur visiting Montgomery County for work or a family event. The hotel is located within walking distance to Dave and Busters, movies, restaurants and tons more...easy on and off Route 45. Extremely new hotel as of the time of this review. Extremely clean, great gym and overall facilities.
I usually wait until I leave to write a review, but I just can't wait to say that this hotel is perfect. I love everything: the reception, the bar, the hallways, the rooms, the bathrooms, the soaps, the shampoos, the breakfasts, the staff, the jacuzzi, the pool, the smell, the atmosphere, the decor, the location—everything, absolutely everything! And I don't know if I'm forgetting anything. Most importantly, the price is fantastic. Very good prices, and everything is new and well-maintained. Congratulations to all the staff!
We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. It was stated online through Expedia that it was available but I wanted to be sure. I decided to call BEFORE booking they said YES. Upon arrival the tub was cold to warm .. after complaining management came out to adjust the temperature, which was nice. She came back out a second time to see if everything was okay and it wasn’t. The water was still cold/warm. She then stated the reason being was because it’s NOT a hot tub, to think of it as a SPA. This was very disappointing... read more
