Smallest pool ever and a complete waste of rooftop space! The young ASU male student working in the evenings is very rude, clearly has no communication skills and hates his job. No commonsense or courtesy, whatsoever. The hispanic girl in the am. made up for the rudeness the previous evening. She is very kind and accommodating. When we arrived, we just wanted to settle in and grab a quick bite at the hotel. It was over 108 degrees and nothing was open. If you park in the garage, you need the key card to get out. The lady at the desk did not tell me and I had to pay twice for parking since I was trapped from backing out from the garage gate.

Amazing location very central to tons of activities. Highway access is very close as is ASU campus. Staff is always friendly and very willing to provide dining and area activities advice.
