Complete mad house with kids running around all day and night. Ignored when I walk in, then wasn't able to check in until 430, despite checking in online at 6 AM. Rude staff didn't care. Front desk said management would call me, never did. Plenty of other hotels in arizona to stay at, find another
We normally enjoy Hyatt houses when we travel but this one was by far the worst. We were informed on check in that house keeping would come every 2 days. We stayed 4 nights and they never came. Trash was never removed from our room. We eventually ran out of toilet paper and towels and had to call down to the lobby for more. They told us the hotel was at capacity and that is why they hadn’t come. This seems like poor planning to me.
