Excellent service
The only positive things of our stay were that the primary beds were comfortable and there were waffle irons at breakfast. Other than that, our stay was disappointing. 1. We tried using the pullout bed in the lounge chair. The mattress cover was such poor quality and so loud that none of us could sleep. 2. There was a very unpleasant smell in the hallways and elevators. 3. The food served at breakfast was awful. The eggs were cold and rubbery, and the donuts were stale and had no flavor. The person who answers the phone is the rudest person in the world she likes to pick up and hang up not do her job. Horrible service, horrible horrible, horrible horrible horrible service. I hope that she picks up the phone for corporate one day and she keeps hanging up in their face see how far that gets you only to ask about information at the place she works at horrible service
They host parties on the weekend until 11, so don't plan on going to sleep before that. When I asked the front desk about it they said it's not their fault and I could check out at 930pm and find somewhere else to stay. Cross Hyatt off the list.
