While the website says this hotel is “pet friendly,” it is not. They only accept dogs. They do not “accept” cats, which is confusing because I was under the impression that a cat is a pet. The man at the front desk was extremely rude when delivery this message. He then gave me a card to contact the manager, who apparently doesn’t exist. 5 stars!
I’ve stayed at every hotel in Shelton for work and the Hyatt House has always been the best- on price, amenities and customer service.
The location worked due to the high demand, but we will NEVER come back! Terrible service, they did the bed but left the pull out bed undone, they did not clean the bathroom, basically they did only what they wanted instead of the whole room.
