We stayed here for 5 months waiting to get our home built. The bed was super comfortable. Even after we had to change rooms due to an hvac issue, the bed in the next room was comfy too. The kitchen was small but adequate. It even had a disposal which was a nice surprise and a small but functioning dishwasher and cook top. We were there before they did that particular floor's upgrade so things were a bit shabby but we didn't have a lot of choice and it really wasn't that bad. Hyatt House what happened to the excellence that made you the best !!! Honestly if you don’t care about people with disabilities and make attempts at figuring it out because they are apart of all communities, cultures, professionally then you haves failed. You cannot use the we are under renovation excuse . After about 4 nights here, and a bevy of inconveniences that we chose not to hassle staff with, they couldn’t even be bothered to extend a courtesy couple hrs for late checkout. Clogged shower that overflowed mid shower. Extremely dim light at entrance of suite. Only 2 towels. Semi functional tv and massive renovations with tons of fumes that no one bothered to warn us about beforehand. Came with 2 kids and this was extremely irritating.
