I’ve been a Hyatt guest since 2018, spent hundreds of nights with Hyatt, was a Globalist for three years, and am currently an Explorist. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hyatt property. I arrived at Hyatt House Salt Lake City/Downtown around 1:40 a.m. with a confirmed reservation. Someone banged on our door in the middle of the night and when we woke up, the adjacent door was left open so we know someone or multiple people were in our room. It was absolutely terrifying and unfortunately, this was the first time we had stayed there and most definitely the last. I should be able to Feel safe in a hotel room.

Amazing room, very spacious. Too location, near attractions and lots of restaurants. Parking is $30 per night, but right next to the hotel.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Great rooms. Classy touches and still fresh. It didn't feel rundown. The location is prime. Flew in to SLC, took the green line for $2.50 and walked two blocks and was there. Service personnel were very respectful and polite. You actually believed they like their jobs and are grateful for their customers. I had one issue with my room (weightlifting gloves that were hiding under a piece of furniture).
