Great staff and very clean rooms. Quiet and very close to where I needed to be at.
I booked a room at this hotel about a month ago and the service was terrible. I was driving cross country back to college ( I am a legal adult), and decided to stay at this Hyatt House. I called in advance to make sure I could book and check in as an adult who is under 21, and I got confirmation from a real representative over the phone that yes, at the Provo/ Pleasent Grove location, anyone can check in over 18.
