Justin at the front desk solved my booking error with a smile and grace beyond his years! The room is clean, a well appointed 2 bedroom suite. Mike at the bar handled two sophisticated travelers with a room full of new young sales reps without skipping a beat. So very pleased.

I've stayed at different Hyatt House locations before and usually have no issues. This one was the exception. While I like that parking was validated, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There was loud banging noises throughout Sunday and on early Monday morning due to renovations ongoing in the hotel. The loud banging was coming from directly upstairs. There was also noisy construction on the property next door at 6am. This made sleeping very difficult. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
