Overall, I'm quite pleased with this location. The facility is brand-new and the materials seem quite solid. Water pressure and quality are decent, the beds & pillows are nice, Internet connectivity is free for stays of any length, and the environment is workably quiet up on the fourth floor. The only complaints that I have about the room itself were that the toilet seat was a little flimsy, (even for a normal-sized person) and the overhead lighting in the bathroom is on a motion sensor that does not pick up on movement beyo... read more
I stayed at this hotel for over two weeks, and while the rooms were cozy and quiet, two major issues made the experience deeply disappointing and frustrating: 1. Unacceptable room service: I booked a double queen suite, yet throughout my entire 16-day stay, basic amenities—soap, dishwasher detergent, tea bags—were never replenished even once.
