I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and this particular time was my worst experience. Let’s just say it started off by waiting approximately 12 mins for the clerk to appear the front desk. There was a sign stating that they would be back however it’s no telling how long the sign was there prior to my arrival. So because we waited we got a beverage from the pantry and to no avail the MGR whose name was Francisco Estrada allegedly would not comp it. I stayed at Hyatt House Houston Galleria (9/19–9/22/25) and it was a nightmare. My room was flooded from the ceiling, the manager (Francisco) told me to “deal with it,” and then even tried to kick me out unfairly because of my family, even though I had nothing to do with their issue. I had to beg just to stay in a room I had already prepaid. There were roaches in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, and my aunt slipped and fell in the flooded bathroom.
