I would not recommend this hotel, especially for healthcare travelers or anyone who needs a clean, safe, reliable place to rest. I stayed here for 12 nights and had serious issues with cleanliness, housekeeping, customer service, and room security. I booked directly with the hotel and requested a quiet 6th-floor room in writing and by phone, but I was first placed on the 3rd floor facing Colfax Avenue. Clean hotel. Kind staff
Every one is super nice always ready to help. Kitchen staff is amazing, they keep everything cleaned up and food/breakfast is always hot and very good. Also, with a pet fee, they allow dogs/service animals. and im great full:) there's at least 4 dog parks 3-10min.away. sorry no pics, but can trust the ones on the site.
