Loved our stay. All the staff were pleasant. Shouout to the housekeeping staff for their great service! Rooms were a little loud with the hospital being nearby, but we knew that when we booked. The rotating hot breakfast every morning was such a nice treat as well! Again, thank you thank you to the housekeeping staff for all you do!!
There were several issues with the room originally given - fridge running, AC knocking, poor water pressure in shower and slow draining, broken odds and ends. Krystal at the front desk was apologetic and moved us into a better room as soon as it was available. They also took notes for the maintenance team to address the issues to avoid a repeat experience with new guests.
