Rooms are spacious and modern as is the lobby and breakfast area. The Continental breakfast is wonderful and a nice way to start the day. The equipment in the fitness area is clean and in great shape.

The service here was friendly and cordial - what one expects from a nice hotel. The ground-floor restaurant, Borealis, where we ate dinner and lunch the next day, was good. Service was kind of slow, but food was good. It's about 2 blocks-length south of Colfax, with a dirt area where one can park extra long vehicles, such as trucks and trailers in front of front door.
