Clean rooms and overall cleanliness. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. I was there for work. But my son and his college buddies were there for the Arnold Classic convention. This hotel was within 2 miles of this convention center. Plenty of parking. Seemed like a safe hotel. The guys had an amazing trip.
I’m not entirely sure if this is due to staff shortages, but there were some serious issues during our stay. For example, although the rooms initially looked clean, they were not. I personally picked hair off the sofas, and the furniture was covered in dust. In addition, the shower gel and shampoo bottles in the bathroom were empty. There were also major problems with breakfast service. There was no coffee, no bagels, and items like cutlery and napkins kept running out, with no one noticing. Nice place overall with washer/dryer. Cooktop micro and full size fridge. Rooms could have been a little cleaner, but I stay in a lot of hotels.
