Staff was friendly! The location was perfect for me to walk the river trail to explore.
We stayed here to attend an event on campus at OSU. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel was definitely busy, but we never had any issues with noise. The property seemed relatively new and in pretty good condition. All the staff we interacted with were professional and polite. Breakfast was definitely crowded in the mornings, but staff worked hard to keep it stocked. All in all, would definitely stay here again, particularly if I needed easy access to OSU.
2 days straight Hyatt House breakfast served spoiled milk and rotten boiled eggs. Very bad food poisoning incident for several days following our stay for both my wife and I.
