It is beautiful, semi-small rooms but the food and scenery makes it. Totally worth the stay
We were within walking distance of the United Center. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. We slept like logs. Good breakfast options for my vegetarian.
Checking in was an absolute nightmare. Took what seemed almost 45 minutes to find our reservation. Manager on duty was rude and didn't seem to be managing very well. There was a group of people on the second floor drinking cussing and playing loud music. The breakfast was decent. Parking is $35 beware. Won't stay here again.
Nice hotel in Chicago and with a very nice staff.
