Beds ways to soft. Entire family can barely walk. Pillows terrible. Breakfast yuck except for cereal and bagels. Staff nice Will stay across street next time.
The Hyatt house has been a good stay for me during this trip. Rooms are nice, modern, and spacious. Ample amount of on-site parking. My only complain would be the gym is slightly dated. Need more or 'replacement" leg equipment.
Carmen was amazing at the bar. Excellent customer service.
Clean friendly staff
I had a HORRIBLE experience last night and it caused me to be so late to work this morning. There was a dog barking non stop for like about 2+ hours around 9:30ish at night. I called the front desk about it and they said they would try to reach out to the guest. I tried to go back to sleep but the dog was still barking. About maybe 45 minutes went by and I just could not rest with the dog barking, so I called the front desk and all they said was that they tried calling the guest and no one answered.
