Nothing too fancy, business type stay for the night or two.
Bed bugs!!!! Warning: Do not stay at this hotel. My family and I were bitten by bed bugs during our stay, turning what should have been a pleasant experience into a nightmare. The bites were severe enough that I had to seek medical attention from a doctor. What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s response. They did not offer to properly clean or treat our belongings after the exposure. Such a beautiful hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast was as good as I’ve ever had at a hotel of this class. Coffee is outstanding! We needed a later checkout due to a tournament our son was playing in, and they didn’t even blink in allowing us to check out at 2:00 with no charge. I’d we ever come back to Charlotte, we would certainly stay here again!
Room was great very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good a little different everyday.
