I had to make them down because sources of the bathroom made no sense Toilet wedged into far too small a space but a luxurious shower space

We booked Hyatt House for a quick two-night trip to Charleston. It is very convenient. Charleston marketplace is 15 to 20 minutes away. The beaches are also a short drive away. There are also a lot of stores, restaurants, and shopping within a few minutes. Breakfast is provided each morning with varying choices each day and chefs to cook omelets to order. Disappointed Stay

Disappointing experience from both a cleanliness and customer service standpoint. When we arrived, there were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The next day, our room was never serviced despite being out all day. I reported the issue to the front desk that evening and again at checkout the following morning. After our stay, I emailed the manager to share my concerns. Her response (after my second email) was that there was no record of me ever reporting a problem, which is simply not true.
