The quality and service at this hotel declines with each stay. Housekeeping did not clean our room. I called and asked for towels and the desk staff said housekeeping is gone, they leave for the day at 3pm and to come get them myself from the desk. Upon checking the hot water heater was not working and the staff knew it. We showered in cold water, notified the staff and was then told, they know and are working on the issue. Street and parking lot available. Pool and small fitness center. Comfy bed. Our room had a large and small refrigerator. Ok water pressure. When I put the floor towel down for the shower, there was a stain. Not sure if the towel hadn't been cleaned as the stain looked pretty fresh.

We stayed for the first time in this hotel after being in another close by a while ago. We will definitely be back! We were really happy to see a clean room and easy check in with no hidden fees. Front desk workers were great and straight to the point!
