I am beyond frustrated with my experience trying to cancel my timeshare through Hyatt. Despite multiple attempts to address this, I keep getting generic denials to my cancellation requests, even though I’ve provided valid and serious reasons. The timeshare itself has been a complete letdown—subpar accommodations, limited availability, and a high-pressure sales process that felt manipulative from the start. Hyatt Is Where Luxury Goes to Die. Booked based on the photos. Got: • Room under renovation • AC barely worked • Staff rude and indifferent • Support line promised a callback that never came I checked out early, got charged anyway. This isn’t a hotel — it’s a mirage. Hyatt sells fantasy, delivers filth. Premium price, Motel 6 experience. Never again.
Was at Hyatt in Clearwater Florida and turn on room TV to find Hyatt promo on and shows TWO GAYS on bikes kissing. This is not what GOD WANTS IN THIS WORLD!! Needs to be taken down
