Hyatt has always brought such comfort during any family troubling times I highly recommend them they're with you every step of the way.
From the moment of walking through the doors up until our exit the staff at this establishment went out of their way to help us understand and execute on this difficult process. Affordable and considerate the atmosphere was warm and inviting as can be for the setting. Once again thanks to the staff for bringing some order to this difficult time.
I spoke to the owner, Mary, over a year ago to make arrangements for my brother when he entered hospice. The arrangements were through Cremation Society of Mid Michigan and through Hyatt Ewald Funeral home. My brother passed away Dec 2, 2021 and I informed the hospital that arrangements were already set up. However, when I spoke to Grace to confirm the previously made arrangements, they were entirely different than what we had confirmed prior.
