Very nice and clean hotel with lots of great amenities, in a convenient location for a lot of downtown Chicago hotspots. Only issues were that the crib we needed for our little one was not in our room at check-in despite it being requested at booking. I would not recommend having a car with you either. Valet parking was very expensive and not reliable; our rental was left parked on the street and not moved into a garage until a few hours later. It was even ticketed and the valet had to pay the fine.
Excellent Stay and Excellent location I would definitely stay again
Missing shower gel upon checking; Coffee machine pouring excessive coffee than cup size. Just not a very well thought out hotel. Service at reception horrible.
