마운틴뷰, 팔로알토랑 가까워서 좋습니다. 주변에 인앤아웃 버거나 몰도 있어요 객실도 모두 스위트라 좋고, 수영장도 좋은데 고속도록 옆이라 소음이 있긴합니다. 근데 백색소음 느낌이라 크게 불편하진 않아요
There was a dead cockroach in the living space when I first checked in. Maintenance personnel opened my door and walked in without even knocking. No maintenance was requested. Stayed in many Hyatt hotels this year, this is definitely one to remember for the wrong reason. Brought to the attention of the front desk for both incidents. Did not receive an email survey about my stay this time around.
Room is nice, spacious, and quiet.
Fresh and new rooms with good space and configuration. Very nice and helpful staff and not too far out if the way in the heart of the valley.
