Not recommended..such thin walls I could hear snoring as if was in the same room. ..staff was a disappointment..had to call twice for my bill to be emailed..air con was barely working and the bathroom/doors were were small and cramped

This is a nice hotel to stay in Santa Clara! The rooms were spacious, modern, and most of all clean! The biggest downside is the location, as it sits directly next to US 101. This made the traffic sounds very apparent so light sleepers may have a rough time getting rest. The only other thing is the gym is very small, there is not much room for multiple people to move around. As soon as I walked into check-in, I was greeted by a female who was extremely rude from the very beginning for no reason. She kept cutting me off for no reason. I’m not sure what her issue was. I guess I should’ve listened to all the other reviews before booking at this place.
