We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Park City. The ski-in, ski-out location was amazing, and there were great food options in Canyons Village. Our room was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed using the hot tubs and sauna each day.
Staff went above and beyond here. We were upgraded to a larger room, were able to check in early and overall everyone we encountered was super helpful and accommodating. The ski shop was convenient and while the snow wasn't great, the hotel was.
We stayed here for Sundance, and the location was excellent. They offer a daily shuttle to Main Street from 5:00–10:30 pm, which made it easy to enjoy the festival. The staff was mostly accommodating and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee was only available for 2 hours, which felt a bit short.
