This is our ‘go-to’ accommodation in Melbourne. The location is conveniently located a few steps from popular tram lines. The Southbank precinct and casino is just a short stroll across Spenser St Bridge. The reception staff have always been super welcoming and accommodating even with a few special requests for particular rooms. They can store your bags if your room isn’t quite ready on arrival and after check out. So I’ll start by saying this was overall a fantastic stay. Just a couple things let it down. Can’t fault the location, tucked in backstreet away from noise but 5mins stroll to Southern Cross. Smooth and friendly checkin. Beautiful interiors and styled beautifully. The beds and pillows are comfy as heck! Good amenities in the room but perhaps a few more bottles of water rather than 2 tiny ones. Great views from bar and restaurant, lovely service there too.
