Amazing hotel & great customer service and location BUT unfortunately, the second day of our stay when our sheets were changed on of the beds, we noticed a small blood like stain. We called the front desk to have them changed immediately but other than that, it was a nice stay.
I arrived super late after having a horrible experience at a Hilton hotel. We walked in and greeted with smiles. The staff was friendly, patient, accommodating and overall amazing. Taniya was the reason we stayed. She went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. Rooms were super clean. Service was extraordinary. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. I would stay here again
1000/10!!! This is by far my favorite hotel of all times. As a frequent traveler, hotels are always hit or miss… mostly miss. Well darling HYATT centric def hit. This property is being well maintained. From the lobby to the rooms to the grounds just an overall beautiful place. The staff at check in was remarkable and valet was also. There are so many spots within walking distance of the hotel and self parking was seamless.
