Loved this hotel, it was fresh, new, and I loved the open layout of the rooms. The staff was very friendly, even the girl working the overnight front desk. Shout out to her. There is covered parking available across the street, or valet.

I love love love this place. Must I add free parking. The location is in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean. I will go back again here.

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric, Southpark in Charlotte, NC this past weekend for my niece's wedding. I cannot say enough about how pleasant, accommodating and professional the staff was. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a 5 star hotel! Also the food at Mizu was exceptional and the staff superior. A big shout out to the ladies in the breakfast restaurant! They were not only super accommodating and they served with a smile on their faces and were too funny. WONDERFUL WEEKEND!!

Mostly great experience at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark. All of the staff that we encountered were fantastic. Especially Andreas the bartender! He was great to chat with! Super helpful and provided outstanding customer service! The hotel is nice and modern and also in a great location with tons of restaurants around and great proximity to the mall across the street. The issue I had with this hotel is the room. I am all for updated and modern rooms, but this room provided absolutely NO privacy for the bathroom. The shower open... read more
