I had the pleasure of meeting Michael today. I didn't have an appointment and when I walked in (lunch time) I didn't see anybody. All of a sudden I hear this voice from underneath the hood of a car with a friendly greeting. I explained what my reason was for being there, Michael wasn't put out and took the time to see my 1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible and speak with me about it.
