I wish zero stars was an option. I have been trying to establish primary care at this clinic for almost 6 months now since my retirement after over 20 years of service. I have gotten the run around with everyone at the VA that I have been able talk to. Even formal complaints, which require a response in 78 hours, go unanswered. I hope that my situation is a rare outlier, but I know that is probably not the case. The VA needs to start doing their job and start serving those who have served. EXCELLENT facility! Reception all the way to my NP, service is excellent! My primary is a rock star in my eyes, Gina is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
Staff here are changing my medication and refusing to treat my PTSD with medication. They sent me to the ER with lithium toxicity for 9 days and lied to me about the medication problem. The doctors here worked with law enforcement to try and claim stolen valor after I complained about the doctors here.
