I wish zero stars was an option. I have been trying to establish primary care at this clinic for almost 6 months now since my retirement after over 20 years of service. I have gotten the run around with everyone at the VA that I have been able talk to. Even formal complaints, which require a response in 78 hours, go unanswered. I hope that my situation is a rare outlier, but I know that is probably not the case. The VA needs to start doing their job and start serving those who have served.
