Toyota said we needed $10k new transmission. Hyaannis transmission took over, super professional!! We were instantly comforable wirlth entire team. We used AI to confirm their repair strategy. They were tight on. Fingers crossed we hope we are good for another 30,000 miles. Toyota Kingston RI was way off not giving us any options vs the $10k option. I had a modified transmission fail on a modified vehicle and was afraid no one would work on it. Chris was willing to work on it and got it back and running again. They were honest, easy to work with and communicate with. They even sent pictures during the work. I live on Nantucket and they brought my van to the boat which saved me a lot of time.
We've had 2 Transmissions here- staff is friendly, informative, backs up their warranty and does solid work. Thank you!
