Affordable, clean and safe apartments. Neighborhood issues are minor in m y opinion no different than living in any urban area, some petty crime that you get anywhere in a city.
This deserves -5 stars. Don’t move here. Worst experience of my life. Management sucks and doesn’t care about your health and wellbeing. Apartment is infested with cockroaches and mice. My car was broken into and stolen the first month that I lived here and my storage unit was broken into and my stuff was stolen. They don't have working security cameras.
