I have been coming here for a year and a half. Over this time have went from 8 meds to two because the pharmacy messes up every time and I have just went without meds quit taking them . I have made complaints and my Dr . Makes complaints . I still have troubles with them getting just the 2 meds they mess up every time can’t find them or sent them back or excuses excuses. Wait times can be a bit frustrating during peak hours, but the service is always helpful. I'll never forget how kind one of the pharmacists was a few years ago, when I had gestational diabetes and was having difficulty with my glucose meter. It turned out that there was something wrong with it, and I'm not sure how soon I would have realized that if she hadn't taken the time to look at it with me.
Always very timely with requests & are very good at answering questions/resolving concerns. I appreciate all that they do!!
I’ve been without my mediation for almost a week now. I’ve had my doc send my script in twice at this point and the pharmacy keeps telling me they can’t fill it until I see my doc. So since the “head pharmacist” doesn’t want to do their job and call my doctor (which btw you were supposed to call me with an update and never did) here’s a screenshot of my convo with the nurse who sent my script in five days ago. Crappy customer service. Three trips and still haven't gotten my script. Horrible communication and service.
