Everyone is super friendly. They even check good rx and their own discounts to see what is the best. Because they are better than walmart,they are always busy but definitely worth the wait.
I can sort of understand why people give bad reviews, but at the same time they're super petty reviews. These people are extremely short-staffed and seem to be working daily. Hyvee is the cheapest in town when combined with goodrx, they text when my script is ready, they've never been out of meds (like some of the pharmacies in town), and yeah maybe they don't always smile but if I had to deal with some of the customers I see/hear in line, I'd be upset too. The staff are not friendly. It is the convenience that I like and the only reason I go there.
