I aged 4 years waiting in the pharmacy drive through, and didn’t even leave with my prescription. 40 minute plus wait with 1 car in front of me. I tried to call ahead and make sure everything was sorted out ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait, as I know that’s the case often times at this store. They were open earlier than any other pharmacy in town. I went straight from the clinic to the pharmacy, by the time I finished saying my name they told me they had the script and were already working on it. When insurance didn’t cover one of my meds they found a coupon code to cut my price in half. Friendly, efficient service!
They were busy and a bit slow, but they also went above and beyond trying to solve an issue with my insurance. They were friendly, polite and apologetic for the long wait. Overall, very good customer service.
A lot of times my meds are not available to fill and require delivery to the pharmacy from another supplier. I do notice that a good effort is made to get it done. There is, however, a young man working for you who seems a little mathematically challenged. Working at the drive-thru he kept insisting that a generic out-of-pocket cost for one of my meds was $145.00. It was $14.50. He has made a similar error with my wife’s prescriptions as well.
