Jake the pharmacy tech was more than willing to go out of his way to help me with my insurance questions and issues to help ensure I could get my medication in a timely manner. He sat on the phone with me and tried multiple different options along with asking coworkers if they knew how to help. You don’t get that customer service most days anymore, I appreciate Jake and the team for always trying to go the extra mile.
I aged 4 years waiting in the pharmacy drive through, and didn’t even leave with my prescription. 40 minute plus wait with 1 car in front of me. I tried to call ahead and make sure everything was sorted out ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait, as I know that’s the case often times at this store. I also wanted to ensure the pre authorization for my med was cleared so I didn’t make the trip into town for nothing. They were open earlier than any other pharmacy in town. I went straight from the clinic to the pharmacy, by the time I finished saying my name they told me they had the script and were already working on it. When insurance didn’t cover one of my meds they found a coupon code to cut my price in half. Friendly, efficient service!
They were busy and a bit slow, but they also went above and beyond trying to solve an issue with my insurance. They were friendly, polite and apologetic for the long wait. Overall, very good customer service.
