They were busy and a bit slow, but they also went above and beyond trying to solve an issue with my insurance. They were friendly, polite and apologetic for the long wait. Overall, very good customer service.
A lot of times my meds are not available to fill and require delivery to the pharmacy from another supplier. I do notice that a good effort is made to get it done. There is, however, a young man working for you who seems a little mathematically challenged. Working at the drive-thru he kept insisting that a generic out-of-pocket cost for one of my meds was $145.00. It was $14.50. He has made a similar error with my wife’s prescriptions as well.
Was given wrong insulin. They wouldn’t take back unopened packages. Out $300.00
Always helpful resolving insurance coverage issues and questions. Super quick refills on prescriptions when they have them available on hand.
The people behind the pharmacy are always friendly, and helpful!! I always leave there feeling welcomed! Thank you for always explaining things, and getting thing done right!
