They have been amazing to work with! I finally found a pharmacy who has been kind.
This is for the Hyvee Pharmacy. The incompetence and attitude that patients receive from this pharmacy (pharmacists and some staff) is dehumanizing and degrading. I can't count how many times I've been told my medication will be ready to drive 20 minutes to get there to be told "That'll be ready tomorrow". Doesn't matter if you called and they tell you it'll be ready in the afternoon. Using Hyvee's Pharmacy is an evil necessity due to a lack of other pharmacies in the area and insurance acceptance. They always seem inconvenienced by me when I walk up to the counter and getting prescriptions filled can be a struggle.
