I go to the drive up window, if there is a line I call the windo number and text my name and I go thru the line faster. they have my meds ready for me
I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the drive-through has been CONSISTENTLY very, very slow. Without fail, I’m in that line for 30-45 minutes. I realize a drive-through is a luxury, but the alternative of going inside isn’t really any more efficient.
I intentionally wait to be called because at least then I know my prescription is ready. I don't want to haul my baby into the store with me so I use the drive thru. Instant regret due to the 20 minute wait per car but have to wait because I'm blocked in with my frustrated baby. I had picked up a prescription the other day and was not pleased with the customer service at all. Not towards me directly, but to this older lady that was waiting for her prescription. She had asked the worker a question and the worker had talked back to her in a very negative tone and attitude and told her “I’m a little busy right now” when she asked about her other item. No matter how busy you are, customers come first.
Extremely slow, never fill all ordered medications at the same time, do not call or notify you of problems with the fill.
