I was in line on the drive up for over 30. Minutes. I watched the person in front of me hand them a script and we had to wait for it to be filled, there was several cars in drive up. You have said in the past few reviews you take a look into the issue. But the same stuff every time I go through drive up
If I could give it a 0 I would. I 100 percent dont recommend this pharmacy. They never get the prescription costs right. I have to constantly tell them to adjust the price. Then they trap you in their drive thru which is the slowest drive thru imaginable. My prescription was called over at 10 am. I waited in line for 20 mins, to be told to pull back around bc its not ready. Mind you there's 6 cars behind me. I leave come back and come inside just to be told its still not ready and will be 15 more mins. Mind you it was 30 min... read more
Great pharmacy and staff, and they deliver your medication if needed!!
pharmacy itself isn’t awful but the drive thru is insufferable. i’ve given it a chance a couple times and if there’s even a single car in front of you, you will be stuck in it for at least 20 minutes. no joke. i even do the text ahead thing and a majority of the time they don’t even have it ready. it’s pointless.
I go to the drive up window, if there is a line I call the windo number and text my name and I go thru the line faster. they have my meds ready for me
